Sports
I grew up watching the NFL (home team Washington Redskins), NBA (Chicago Bulls with Michael Jordan), and MLB (Atlanta Braves on TBS). I have childhood memories of going to RFK Stadium in Washington D.C. with my dad. Today, I follow F1 Racing and Premier League (Arsenal). Sports teach me a lot of life lessons about success, failure, preparation, collaboration, humility, and confidence.
Pickleball
I started playing pickleball in August of 2024. It’s addictive! I enjoy finding ways to make incremental improvements. Over-optimizing silly games is my thing, I guess. Every advancement in skill level requires new attention to detail. Pickleball keeps evolving as a sport and I am past my athletic prime, so there are added variables!
Sim Racing
My favorite toy is my sim racing rig! I drive iRacing sports cars and formula cars. My rig features a GT-style chassis from Advanced Sim Racing and a Sparco bucket seat. My first wheel was a Logitech G923. I find sim racing to be enjoyable and a good way to reduce stress as it takes all of my focus to stay on track!
